I’m Young Jen, a Lead UX/UI designer with experience leading end-to-end digital design projects for e-commerce and B2B platforms. I specialize in creating user-centered experiences that balance usability, business goals, and visual clarity.
As the sole designer at my company, I’ve worked closely with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to launch websites, catalogs, and digital experiences from concept to production.
